An accomplished eDiscovery professional and Relativity Master, with extensive experience in AI & Analytics, currently serving as an Associate Director at Lighthouse eDiscovery. Skilled in spearheading innovative GenAI offerings, alongside a strong foundation in managing review support, analytics, and client consulting. Proven track record of advancing eDiscovery solutions, from being a hands-on Specialist to a strategic Associate Director, with a focus on leveraging technology to meet and exceed custom client requirements.

Professional Experience

• Spearheading Lighthouse's custom GenAI offering in EMEA, using various GPT models to classify documents, generate descriptions, extract entities and categorise images.
• Consulted on and led the creation of over 85,000 privilege descriptions using GenAI. Under a stringent five-day deadline for a high-profile merger. Delivered to a European regulator, where the content stood unchallenged.
• Lead consultant in EMEA for Lighthouse's proprietary TAR tool based on LLMs.
• Continued consulting on various Analytics workflows including Relativity aiR.

• Oversaw and led a team specializing in Review Support and Analytics, comprising three direct reports, whom I not only managed but also actively guided and mentored towards their professional growth.
• Extended time spent in the US training on a proprietary Technology Assisted Review tool, based on LLMs, leading to my direct involvement in supporting second-request matters, embedded as part of our US analytics team.
• Worked extensively to design and experiment with the use of GenAI to meet custom client requirements. Direct involvement with the launch of our GenAI Privilege Log offering.
• Created a custom Chat parser in C# to strip messages from text files and present them in HTML for review, with built-in deduplication. Significantly increased the speed of review and cut months of review into weeks.

• Relativity and Analytics SME for Lighthouse EMEA.
• Designed the end-to-end workflow for Relativity Active Learning in EMEA.
• Providing consulting services to clients on how best to leverage Relativity and Brainspace Analytics, including training, end user support and documentation.
• Promoting the use of proprietary Lighthouse SmartSeries applications.

• Continued focus on client interaction with Relativity and Brainspace.
• Developing custom client workflows and implementing review best practices.
• Business development and process improvement tasks.
• Created a custom process to automate the monthly sending of user reports to clients. Combined the use of a Relativity custom object, SQL, and a C# tool to generate emails. Reduced an eight-hour task into less than 30 minutes.

• Managing client interaction with Relativity and assisting with review support, training, searches and productions.
• Evidence intake and preservation, including on-site international collections in Türkiye, Dubai, and across Europe.

• Previously an intern at EY based in London, employed in the eDiscovery cluster of the Forensic Technology and Discovery Services department.
• Day to day tasks varied but typically included evidence preservation, processing, productions, review support, and ad-hoc technical support.
• Experience on a large-scale Deferred Prosecution Agreement. Responsible for the creation of daily productions delivered directly to clients, on a set deadline. Frontline contact with reviewers from across the globe, assisting them with review support tasks.

Technical Skills and Tools

I have garnered years of in-depth experience with both Relativity Server and RelativityOne, leveraging their advanced features for comprehensive data management and analysis. My expertise is further enhanced by a very good working knowledge of the backend of Relativity, including direct interactions with SQL databases and the customization and management of Relativity agents.

My programming skills in C#, SQL, and Python allow me to develop bespoke solutions and automations, significantly improving project outcomes. Additionally, I have hands-on experience working within Azure, including the use of Data Factory and Databricks, and setting up and managing API connections to OpenAI Services.
